Through practical strategies and ongoing accountability, we work together to help you take focused steps toward living the life you want. Program Structure & What to Expect: The Life Coaching program is designed to provide you with clarity, direction, and sustainable change. Here’s an overview of what you can expect: Initial Consultation (30-minute call): A free, no-obligation introductory session where we’ll discuss your goals and challenges to determine if life coaching is the right fit for you. Goal Setting & Clarity (Session 1): We’ll clarify your personal goals and priorities, creating a focused vision for what you want to achieve, whether in relationships, personal growth, or life balance. Action Planning & Strategy (Session 2): Together, we’ll develop a customized action plan that outlines clear, achievable steps to help you overcome obstacles and move closer to your goals. Building Momentum & Accountability (Sessions 3-5): We’ll track your progress, review any challenges, and adjust strategies as needed to ensure you stay on track and motivated to reach your goals.
